Regulation states that contractors should be using electrical safety matting, as a result of working with electricity in many environments. The main focus being anyone near machinery or live switchboard equipment with high voltages. Crucial for preventing accidents, reducing any danger of you coming into contact with hazards. Safety Mats provide insulation from earth contact, to ensure you can work with live electrical equipment safely.
